Pinewood Derby Prep
We are up late tonight working on a Pinewood Derby car. Is it for one of my sons? Well, no. The Elders Quorum is having a Derby race so that all the Dad's can have a chance to make their own cars and race them. It's been fun. I'm not sure if the kids are more excited than the Dad or the other way around. This will give us practice for the kids Cub Scout Pinewood Derby which is in 3 weeks. We now have two boys racing this year. Hopefully everyone will have a fun time. We'll let everyone know how Tim does tomorrow . . . unless he does awful; then maybe we just won't post anything :)

Have you ever seen the movie Pinewood Derby? It is like the RM or the Singles Branch... Little spoofs on mormonisms. It features the pinewood derby where dad's gets out of hand and starts building tracks around the house to decide which car is the best one. Hopefully Tim hasn't gone that far! :)
